Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). The server that hosts our bookstore encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet. Once we receive the encrypted information, we use a private, one-of-a-kind key to decode it.
To view the contents of your cart, click on the “View basket” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen.
To return an item please request a returns form. This can be obtained from any member of the sales or returns staff. Alternatively a copy of the form can be downloaded by clicking the link below. Complete the form giving as many details as possible. Incomplete or inaccurate forms may result in delays to your credits or repairs. Ensure your contact details are included on the form. Return the completed form by email to nederland@aidapt.eu Please wait for the office to contact you with a returns number. Please use this returns number on all parcels and correspondence. Send the returns back to us for processing, with a copy of the returns form. All outer parcels must be marked "FTAO of Returns" and have the returns number clearly visible
Currently this can not be done through the website. Email Accounts@aidapt.co.uk with your order details to receive an invoice copy.
If you have forgotten your password you can click the forgot password button on the login page. This will email a link to your chosen email address to change your password. If you know the current password you can update it in your account settings by going on account details and then update password.
